Upon return to the lodge from your fishing adventure, guests will experience a delicious assortment of appetizers followed by a thoughtfully prepared dinner. We serve a variety of specialties including local salmon caught at the mouth of the Naknek river by a local fisherman, meats sourced from the Mat-Su valley, and greens from our gardens. Our meals are always thoughtfully conceived and executed with perfection. An example of our succulent three course dinner could include:

Arugula salad with cashew purée, fennel vinaigrette, smoked blue cheese, & peaches.
Curry dusted sockeye salmon from the Naknek drainage. Braised fennel, carrot ginger purée, and a kaffir lime vinaigrette.
Fig and cherry galette with Oregon’s Nehalem River Ranch knotweed honey and toasted pistachios.
Of course each night is different and our chefs are always concocting new and brilliant combinations of artisan foods. The presentation is spectacular as is the flavor. And we’ll serve you pleasant wine, beer and cocktails to your liking.
Every morning our chefs prepare a delicious breakfast to order as well as coffee, tea, and juice. We pack amazing lunches for our adventures that are prepared daily using fresh ingredients from local produce, greens from our garden, as well as homemade bread baked daily and sliced fresh. We also bring waters for all our guests in reusable YETI bottles.
