With an open floor plan, the kitchen and dining become a part of the experience and so does our well stocked bar, crafted from the old water tower redwood of a local cannery. Meals are prepared by our chefs in an open area kitchen for guests to enjoy. We gather around the main dining table, hand built by a father and son, to enjoy a three-course plated meal crafted from local and organic ingredients often grown right on the property. Spirits and libations, wine, beer on tap, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, are included as part of your Alaska luxury fishing lodge package. Most of our meals are prepared very clean and we can accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies.
Every morning our chefs prepare breakfast to order as well as coffee, tea, and juice. We bring lunches on our adventures prepared daily with fresh ingredients from local produce and greens from our garden as well as homemade bread baked daily and sliced fresh. We also bring waters for all our guests in reusable YETI bottles as our pledge is to conserve our planet in every way possible. Upon return to the lodge, guests will experience a delicious assortment of appetizers followed by a thoughtfully prepared culinary experience. We serve a variety of specialties including local salmon caught at the mouth of the Naknek river by a local fisherman, meats sourced from the Mat-Su valley and greens from our gardens.
